  • Phase 2 development: Two 24,000 sqft downtown 3-over-1s, 10 townhouses, and a cohousing cluster
  • Raise secondary investment ($35 million)
  • Sell 20 acres to external developers

2029

  • Phase 3 developments: 60,000 sqft downtown 3-over-1
  • Sell 20 more acres to external developers
